Custom & Personalized Orders

Each piece of jewelry is hand stamped by me, one letter at a time. Please remember that no two pieces are exactly the same. Variations in the spacing and alignment of the stampings will occur. This adds to the handmade, one-of-a-kind quality of the piece. With that said, you can be assured that I WILL NOT ship any item that I am not satisfied with.

Care Instructions

Please note that items are made of sterling silver, copper, nickel silver or are silver/gold plated. They may beed occasional polishing. Darkening may occur over time. This is a natural process with silver jewelry. Sunshine polishing cloths are available for purchase in the 'Add-On' section of my shop. Sunshine polishing cloths remove tarnish and polish silver to a bright shine. Please note that 1/2 size & mini cloths are also available.

Sunshine cloths are safe to use on all sterling silver and nickel silver components, but should be used with caution on silver plated pieces as overuse can result in silver plating being worn off.

Shipping

I ship from Central Alberta, Canada. In order to keep shipping costs low, I ship items through CanadaPost Lettermail. This does NOT include a tracking number. Shipping times vary dependin on where you are located. Items being shipped within Canada generally take 2-10 business days. Items being shipped to the US can take anywhere from 4 business days to 3 weeks. Most are delivered in 2 weeks, though this is NOT guaranteed. This time frame depends on how ong the item takes to clear US customs and is out of my control.

International shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for any delays due to international customs.

How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Returns/Exchanges

I will gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-customized items. Just contact me within 5 days of delivery and ship the item back to me within 30 days of delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can not accept returns for custom orders or personalized orders.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original conditiona, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
